Delivery process and reships

Shipping

  • All orders are sent in a discreet packaging. There will be no indication of the nature of its contents on the outside
  • Orders are packed securely, taped, and padded well to prevent damage during transit
  • Everything is always shipped through USPS only for safety and security
  • We use priority mail shipping (expect 2-3 day delivery after it’s sent out)
  • NO military or overseas (outside the US) shipping
  • PO boxes or mailboxes are okay
    • Some of these boxes are picky with names, please make sure your name on your order matches with the box or else it’ll get rejected

Reships

  • I do NOT cover orders that are marked as “Delivered” by the tracking number or if it gets rejected/returned to sender by the receiving agent
  • Reships will be given for lost or damaged on arrival orders
  • If you received damaged or crushed goods, please email me with a picture of the damage. If it’s sealed, don’t open the seal and instead take a picture of the outside of the seal

Delays and back orders

  • Due to the nature of this business, delays, and back orders might happen. I will always do my best to get your order out same day or within the next working day
  • Any delays with your order will be updated on this site in your account under order
  • Email me if you need more info on the delay or if you’d like a substitution or store credit
